Payments
To purchase on the Website, the minimum order must be 10 € (not including shipping).

Prices and product availability
You can purchase any of the products offered in the Huertoshop.com web site and Huertoshop.com will try to ensure stock at all times of the products offered for sale. However Huertoshop.com cannot guarantee that the product will be available to buy at the time of your order, so Huertoshop.com will inform you if the desired product is unavailable when we recieve your order.
If an order cannot be completed Huertoshop.com will cancel the customer’s order and refund the payment except in cases where we propose a later delivery date or alternative product with similar characteristics, in which case you can either modify your initial order or reject the proposal.
References to products Huertoshop.com included in any site that has established a link does not imply that the product is available for sale through the website. Such references should not in any way be construed as an offer of sale by Huertoshop.com.
The prices of products will appear on the website at the time you make your order. Huertoshop.com reserves the right to modify at any time the prices of their products, in which case the new prices will apply immediately for new orders as well as changes you request in relation to previous orders, it being understood that price changes do not apply to orders already made by you which are pending delivery.

Returns
We’re sure you’ll be delighted with the products we sell, but it may be necessary to return an article. We have made this process as simple as possible.
First, when the carrier will make delivery of your order, if you see a product that is clearly impaired, do not take that product and indicate to the carrier to return it. We will contact you as soon as possible to send a new unit to replace the damaged goods.
Once you have received your order and you have a period of 15 days to review the products received and during that time period you can claim a refund for the full amount (or, in the case of a defective product, request a new one in good condition).
To return a product contact us. We will assign a return code that you MUST put in some conspicuous place of the delivery to accept your return. If the product is defective or not what you asked for, we’ll send to MRW to pick the product up.
If the product you want to return is because you are not satisfied, you have to take care to send it to the address we provide when you give the return code. You are responsible for the product until it reaches us, so we ask that you use a courier or postal system in which there is proof of delivery (certified mail or freight forwarder) and we suggest that you insure the package for its retail value.
In either case the product must be returned in its original packaging in good condition with all components inside. We reserve the right not to accept a return that will is not in these conditions.
Once we receive the returned item we will proceed to send you a new one or return the money, as applicable.For cash back, this will be made by bank transfer to the account you indicate, at the latest within one week from receipt of products in our warehouse.
